DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING TO
RICHARDSON DRY CLEANERS ON S WALL ST!!!!
Sadly my Mother of the Groom dress had 6 burnt holes in it after having it cleaned there last Thursday . I picked the dress up and when I went to put it on that same evening this is what I seen ! I was heart broken because I had only wore this dress only once to my sons wedding .
To make matters even worse , after 3 trip their store , they refused to compensate me any any form or fashion , they wouldnt even refund my $35 dry cleaning bill . I was called a liar and they refused to take any ownership for what they had done ! Even though I have witness that watched me take it out of the bag and put in on the very same day I picked it up from their store . All in all , I am out over $200 , and beautiful ruined dress that held a lot of wonderful memories for me is now trash.and they have lost my business after 25 years ! Services: Laundry wash & fold, Hat cleaning, Clothes pressing, Special care fabric cleaning
