I just bought a nice fireplace from Badcock. The problem is the nice fireplace was damaged. I went into the store with a sales paper with the same fireplace depicted and on sale for less than I payed for it. They just told me that the picture was wrong and was nothing they could do. They wanted to do an even exchange and that was fine with me until the lady helping me was rude. Then I just told them to refund it. Well that really bothered her. I wish I could remember her name! She also was digging in her pants while on the phone right in front of me and another guy there! Anyway I am getting my money back after a heated discussion. Now just to wait until they decide to send the check, after I payed cash.
If they had a box that was lower than poor-fair I would check it. So to the Badcock employee that was so rude, Thank you!!! because now Badcock lost my business to Ashton/possibly everyone I know if its up to me!!!
