Kane Carpet

We love our Kane Carpet. It has been installed now for 15 years and it looks as good as the day it was installed. Building again in 2021 and Kane Carpet will be our choice again! No pets in the interior of our home. No dirty shoes or boots. Otherwise, normal usage. Highly recommend the product.

Absolutely rudest costumer service I have ever encountered. First costumer service representative didn’t even know they had the product I was asking about and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Second person, while knowledgeable of product, defended her co-worker saying “I wouldn’t listen”, and hung up as well. Third person, was kinder and gave better explanation...but our call was “disconnected”. I guess their companies policy is to just hang up on people! Sadly, I have a house full of Kane carpet was looking to replace some on my stairway. I will certainly be going with a different brand now. I would never buy from a company run with such disrespect towards others.

Kane Carpet is worst carpet I have ever bought. Kane Co promises the durability of the Carpet! It's a lie! False Advertisement! Carpet is destroyed in 2 years. When I tried to contact them for opening complaint , they just hanging the phone and refuse to talk about replacing the carpet! Do not trust Dealers who sells Kana Carpet!!!
