I called Dr. Magloire office about my release of medical records for my new physician and instead of getting the assistance that I called for Tammy(i) gets on the phone and asked me about the Google/yelp review that I posted because she (Tammy(i) said that Dr. Magloire came to her and asked her about it. Now, what kind of professionalism is that!? I called about my release of medical records, and you're talking to me about a review I posted. You can't say you didn't say it because I was sitting in my new PCP office with his nurse because I didn't want you or anyone in Dr. Magloires office to say I said something I didn't say. Tammy(i) you guys need to learn how to treat Dr. Magloires patients because without the patients, there's no Dr. Magloire and without Dr. Magloire, there's no you well, at least no job there for you. Let me first start by saying I loved Dr. Magloire but to be discharged from her practice because I asked about my paperwork from time away from work and short term/ long term disability not being completed was VERY unprofessional. I get a call from my employer because my paperwork had not been completed and I reached out to the office of Dr. Zita Magloire and that's when they jump up to get my paperwork signed which was never done going on 2.5 weeks. Dr Magloire took me out on FMLA and never completed my paperwork. I am very disappointed because I have to live and its just me and one of the lady's at the front desk must've told her something I didn't say and of course it was only when I was admitted to the hospital with an asthma attack and pneumonia that I found out she had discharged me because of something one of her unprofessional front office workers told her. There's always two sides to a story but me as her patient wasn't heard and WE are supposed to be important but I felt neglected when I needed her the most. The front office staff need additional training. They're on their phones and talking when they should be assisting the patients; I also must admit that I had a problem years ago where I was wrong and was going through a rough time and took it out on one of the girls but trust me I'm woman enough to admit it and apologize but this wasn't on me and whatever the front office girls get together and tell her ( Zita) she listens to them. Sad and I'm going to go to the newspaper and news next because I'm going to be heard and Dr. Magloire is going to see the type of employees she's put all of her faith in. Mary Jones

Everytime I receive a call from one of my fellow employees. As I continue to thrive. I thank God they fired me for"not fitting into the Rednec! Culture. Happy Holidays God bless yall

Not too long after we started going here, my husband and I both received letters that we had been terminated from being treated by them. For non compliance.i would not recommend anyone else to seek medical needs from this establishment.
