        Gosh. They must be great. I was left on hold for six minutes with elevator music. Update January.....these people are great and offer outstanding customer service. Came out actually three times to get the correct part and make sure I'm safe! I will highly recommend.

        I went in to get assistance with replacement of my windshield. After providing my VIN the lady in the office indicated she would call me with an estimate. It's been two weeks and there's been no call. Thank God they're not the only windshield repair shop close by

        Called and was told that they needed to look up the windshield and call me right back. After 1 day called again and got a recording where I left a message. Another 2 days later and still no response and when I called no answer! Went to Safelite where it was done in time and was very polite. Would not contact them again!
