I had my entire house re-keyed and it went perfectly!  What most impressed me is how the locksmith made sure every key worked flawlessly and every door open and shut correctly with minimum effort.4 doors plus 3 deadbolts re-keyed without any problems at a fair price.  You can't beat that!

Right tot he point I will say very Rude on the phone. They do not have a store front to provide service to an unnamed reputable safe company of which they (Were) a registered dealer. No longer a registered dealer since I filed a complaint.Uneducated about protocol and procedure to provide safe service.Rushed me off the phone with a promise to call me back at the number I was calling from ...Never to be heard from again..I contacted Manufacturer again and they recommended a long standing Dealer in Marietta who when I called were professional and compassionate and gave me detailed info and I will be gladly driving 2 cities away to give them my business.

One more service company that quotes one price and charges another (higher) one. There are other reviews online of this company ripping people off (that's right, there are more than one).   Find another reputable locksmith who appreciates your business.
