Had This company a few years for sod Maintenance ., recently Came to do an Aeration ., the employee was on drugs ., I tried to reach the supervisor several consecutive days they would tell me she was busy refused to take the call ., never called back ., had to terminate the service and go with another company .. supervisor name is Laurie M. . Predatory business practices horrible customer service… I called about them enrolling my account in an automatic service agreement in which I spoke to a representative about not doing I was billed regardless of my request and when call to Express my concerns I was not provided with any reasonable alternatives if you are big on customer service and value being a customer this is not a company that I would suggest I will be sure to advise my friends family and subdivision neighbors

This company did landscaping for our subdivision. They take no pride in their work and cut corners any chance they get. They over charge for additional services and end up doing it wrong. Avoid this company at all cost.

they have Killed my lawn , was a customer for a long time gave them lot of chances, finally in 2021 let them go

This is the service hoa use for my neighborhood. Its horrible. I wish i could do my own lawn service. They drive mover like kids drive tonka trucks. They are all over the place and the grass looks ugly after they cut it. If they cut your grass and knocks rocks or bush limbs on your car and damages your vehicle. Their answer - ohh well you should not have parked your car on your driveway on the day of service. They destroy solar panels because they dont know how to drive. Their answer - ohh hoa policy is we cant have solar lights. My hoa excuse is that unlimited landscaping is the cheapest service they can get and we have no choice. She is right. It is cheap and it looks cheap. If anyone reading this has an option to pay a little extra to get better rating good landscaping, please do so.
