Absolute horrible customer service. I had an experience where the Technician did not follow instructions whatsoever and even just drove off without completing the job that I paid $100 deposit for the appointment. I am not a thank you for service type of guy, being a retired disabled combat veteran my thanks is seeing how we treat each other and this type of service here is the stuff that makes me regret the service and sacrifice that I have provided to this service to this country.

After several attempts of getting quotes from other companies that were unprofessional and some charged for just coming and providing a quote, I landed on Google and wohoo, I found the perfect, professional and the best company to install my cameras. Robin was soo friendly, pleasant and returned my call on SUNDAY. She also arranged for the installation around my schedule. When Adam arrived, he was extremely professional in installing while I worked. In no time I had the cameras up and running.

What a pleasure to call a company that makes you feel like your problem is their problem. I had a great experience with this company. Before Christmas I talked with Robin by text and then by phone to great an idea of what kind of system I needed. Robin was quite professional and offered one they would sell and install as well as provided recommendations on good other options as well.
On the day of install, Adam arrived on time, and started by walking the property with me to help decide where the cameras should go. We then went inside so he could figure out where the NVR box would go as well as decide how to lay out the cable required.
In the end, it took about 4 hours to have the job completed. Adam was quite professional. He even helped me access the system on every device that was connected to the system. I would definitely recommend using this company for your security needs.
