They were responsive however once they were paid they were no help what so ever. I would never use their services & I would never ever recommend them!👎🏻👎🏻

Buyer beware. They DO NOT come back to fix any problems. We started having gaps in between tiles a couple months after install. I have contacted them MANY times through phone calls, emails and even going to the store. Contacted the owner. Nobody has contacted me. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

They SUCK! And it seems like they are now out of business, probably due to poor customer service and worse management. They installed a floor that had, among other things, installation mistakes. They came out over a year ago and said they would fix it. I never heard from them. I called again 8 months later (my mistake: I should have called sooner). They sent someone else out to evaluate the problems. He said they would fix it. We made an appointment and no one showed up. I called right away and waqs told I would have a new appointment. Again, no one showed up. Since then I have called repeatedly every other week and left repeated messages for Todd Worlock, the owner, and Patrick Wokowski, the representative who came to my home. I have yet to hear back, and now it appears that they are out of business.
