Kevin replaced our gutters and gutter guards. He was very professional and punctual. He kept me up to date with the scheduling when a delay arose.Most importantly, Kevin did not "ghost" me when I had issues after installation. He sent his team to remedy the issues in a very prompt manner. His after installation service is the best.

Kevin's crew replaced our gutters today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Kevin is a class act. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would, communicated well, made sure all my questions were answered and gave us a fair price. His team were very professional, worked fast, did the exact install we discussed, used a high quality product and cleaned up after themselves.Kevin then came back out and did a post install inspection and made sure we were both happy with their work.

I used K&K Gutters to install new gutters on my home. There was a little more than expected management time needed by me, but overall, I was satisfied with the product and work. However, after a while I realized there were three areas where the water was overshooting the gutters and causing erosion issues in my yard. I called K&K Gutters back asking if they could come out and see if they could resolve. They agreed to come out and that was many weeks ago. There has been delay after delay. Sometimes I would have to call them when they did not show; other times they would let me know they could not come. The last time was a reschedule for the following morning, but then they never showed up or called that following morning. I cannot recommend this company because there seems to be a problem with management and organization as well as very poor customer service. Services: Installation, General repairs
