Waylon was right on time and got straight to business. Gave some good insight for fire prevention. The clean-put was quick and neat… not a footprint or dust cloud left! Looking forward to having him back for a sweep next season.

WARNING!! Do not pay in advance. They kept $4000.00 of our deposit for 3 months before reimbursement. Upon our anitail consultation, they assessed what needed to be done, and we were informed they needed $4000.00 to "purchase materials" Then, weeks later, we were given numerous excuses as to why they could not show up when scheduled. Rescheduled when the forecast was 90% rain for that day, I guess they don't look at the forecast. Rescheduled because an employee quit. Rescheduled because we were so far away, and they just had to find time. Why did they come to our house in the first place if we were too far? Why did they not just tell us we were too far so we could hire a legitimate company? They actually rescheduled 4 times in one week! On October 29th, they FINALLY did show up, but they didn't have the "materials" needed for the job. What? The materials we gave the $4000.00 for? They left stating they would be back with the correct materials but then never came back. Didn't they know what they needed from the 1st consultation months before? At this point, we asked for reimbursement for services that were never rendered. We were informed it would be 10 business days because they were an LLC. I have all of this in texted as proof because I'm sure they will deny. November 9th would have been 10 days, still no reimbursement. After 1 verbal request, several texts, and 2 certified letters of demand, we got our money back through Zelle. I guess they didn't need to go through their "LLC" after all. This whole episode started September 8, 2021, and we were finally reimbursed on December 10, 2021. FYI, during the first consultation, we were offered a discount to give them a good review. I had to give 1, or I would have given a 0.
