I purchased a John Deere 590 Gator with trailer in March 2021. I have two experiences with service department at the Brunswick location, both were poor. The Brunswick location does not seek to provide customer satisfaction after the sale. John Deere sells a good product but AgPro does not support the sale. With 300 hrs/1400 miles and at the end of 2 year warranty, the starter begin to have issues retracting, John Deere was willing to reduce price of new starter but AgPro was unwilling to work John Deere and the customer on service pricing to resolve the issue. The manager could only remind the customer mechanical things can fail.Buy with caution!

Worked with Daniel and Collin to buy a Scag Vride II 52. They wouldnt really budge on the price, not usual these days. Otherwise smooth process, easy clear communication and they were helpful with a service question a few days after the purchase. Ill think about them when looking to buy new equipment.

Took my beloved 3 year old E110 there Friday May 12 because we heard a snap & It quit running. Presented my Powerguard Protection Plan I had purchased for $343 which gave me 2 additional years &/or up to 400 hrs. Bought it because I cut 4 acres & no longer have sheep. Josh, the Service manager kept me updated; cam shaft had broken, so they replaced the motor along with the starter & ignition coil since it wasnt getting enough power. I also already need to replace my original blades and get my tire plugged. So today, one week later, they are delivering my mower to my house with a new motor, starter & ign coil all under warranty, and my new blades, plugged tire, leveled deck and washed clean. My bill was a fair $157 for the blades & tire. This is a great group who does exactly what they say they will do. They are polite & patient. I hope I dont see them this summer, hahaha, but if I do, I know Ill be in good hands. Thank you Ag-Pro Brunswick.
