Coastal Medical Equipment & Uniforms

I had to keep on this store because they acted like the didn't care if I received my medical scooter before my surgery . I realize the government wants quite a few things but they did not keep up on what needed to be sent in . I had to be the one to make sure . Then it was truly proved to me when I needed a bedside commode and they wouldn't deliver it . When I said well I guess I can't get it then they again could of cared less , I wouldn't buy anything from this company!!!

Four employees and one other customer learning how to use equipment. Was told we would have to wait until that customer was done to pay for a cpap mask. Found another store with customer service.

Talk about worthless. The 3 women inside were actually LAUGHING at the fact they have 1 Technician, and the he's the only driver too. Suggesting paying the techs better and hiring a new one to help really got under their skin. I watched her face turn red when I said it'd be more helpful that 3 people sitting around.

Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful. They made sure the right size wheelchair was ordered for my very petite mother who fell and broke her hip. They also went above and beyond to make sure my mom had a medical bed in time for the move from a rehab center to an assisted living facility. The beds were backordered but they said they would do what they could to find. They did what they said and delivered and set up the bed while I was driving my mom from one facility to the next. We will be visiting the store again this coming week to pick up a few more supplies she needs to make her recovery easier.
