        This court appointed attorney has taken years to resell an easy estate. Since the inception , my cousins properties have declined, taxes not paid, suspect tenants paying rent to whom? Person property gone. Him I guess. The whole thing still not settled. He even tried to sell to an accountant partner for a big discount. We stopped that but wonder about the county hiring these “questionable” people to deal with innocent folks estates. Mr. Kunda has proven he is a poor, poor choice as a trusted attorney. My opinion, this attorney is someone you really want to avoid
