    We hired this consultancy to help us optimize the current warehouse space and integrate an ERP system. For this project, we agreed on a flat rate of 24K, from start to finish. Based on extensive phone conversations, I made it clear to Jeff Waller that we need recommendations + implementation for this price. Here are some notes on how it went: -Email responses were slower than what we had expected -They did not implement an ERP, and just gave an assessment of a few options. -When they did an on-site day (for which they charge travel expenses + hours), they said they would be there for 2 days making observations, and helping us get things in order. They only stayed for 2 hours one day, went out for lunch, and never came back. The next day, they did not come back either. -After confronting them and asking to finish the job, they basically said that no implementation was included and refused to do any further work. In the end, I got a recommendation PDF with an assessment of what needs to be done, and some recommendations on optimizing warehouse space. They did not order warehouse equipment like they said they would (to speed up fulfillment), they did not implement an ERP like they said they would, they did not create an inventory management SOP either. Jeff Waller said that this project included 120 hours of work and that this time was spent. When I requested a timesheet to verify, they refused to provide one. This was the most disappointing thing as all consultancies I’ve worked with keep time sheets, and make them available to customers upon request. All in all, for my company, this was a complete waste of money. Based on my opinion, they promised the world and under delivered.

    Jeff Waller is a really talented Supply Chain Expert. He has a years of experience and understands warehousing and distribution really well. The reason for this review though is his ability to transfer that knowledge to other people that don't necessarily have all of that knowledge in a way that is understandable and applicable. Jeff is able to assess a situation and whether it be people, processes, quality, space, or productivity articulate what the current situation is and create a vision of what it could be that is easy to understand. He has a great, 'I want to help you' kind of business sense. I appreciate him and what he has done to help me better understand our industry. I would highly recommend him for someone that wants to know more and most importantly, do something about it.

    Waller and Associates was instrumental in helping us evaluate and identify the appropriate warehouse management application to fit both our current and anticipated, long-term needs. Jeff worked closely with us throughout the project from concept to completion - from identifying our requirements to making sure the selected vendor's proof of concept and final delivery met the desired outcome. In addition he was instrumental in helping our company manage vendor-related costs. It was a true pleasure to work with Waller and Associates on our project. Thanks Jeff!

Part Slotting, Warehouse Layout, Picking technology, equipment, material handling tools and systems and cutover management were areas where we utilized their expertise. The whole Waller and Associates team rolled up their sleeves and dug in and guided us through our project. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future.
