        Kody and Brittany are awesome to work with. I would highly recommend hiring Crowe's Comfort Solutions to install your next AC Unit for a several reasons: 1. Their pricing is affordable, and they offer several 0% interest financing plans. Kody did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each system, and helped me pick the one that suited our family's needs. 2. The actual owner of the business in the one installing the system and standing behind the product. The owner does not cut corners, and is thorough and professional. There's not a situation where you're sold a product, and then subcontractors or other employees come in and install. 3. Brittany does a fantastic job of staying on top of the administrative side of things, and is on top of maintenance appointments so that your product can remained backed by warranty. I can't speak highly enough about this business and their professionalism. My wife and I are grateful for the team at Crowe's Comfort Solutions!

        From the moment I called their office to schedule an appt to the time the two gentlemen left my home, this company displayed such an incredible amount professionalism, knowledge and care. My current unit is over 20 years old and had stopped working, so I reached out to them to have it looked at and serviced. While I didn't hope to purchase an entirely new unit, that was the final verdict and though I was positively rattled at the fact, both gentlemen maintained such poise and professionalism that I found my choice and decision to take the dive both seamless and pain-free. Their prompt turnaround and understanding that time is of the essence will leave me referring them for their service from here on out and actually have already done so since their departure.
