If you need a tooth pulled, don't waste your time here. I made an appointment for an extraction & apparently they dont do that. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. I told them exactly what I needed before taking off of work for the 9:15 appointment. I spent 10 min in the waiting room ( I was there only customer ) & was back on the road by 10:30am. I was literally there 5 min & half of that time was spent waiting on them to make a bill for the two min it took the nurse to tell me that I needed to see a dentist. What a waste of time.

I took my 16 yr old and 12 yr old there today for general cleaning. Was told in December from another dentist they both had cavities.... hygienist informed me today that NEITHER had a cavity! And they handled my kids very well. Both said they have no prob going back. Very impressed!

I love the nurses, the dentist isn't over expensive. I use to go to balega in carrollton and they where over priced, could never get in and had to make a appointment 3 months later to see dentist. This dentist you can usually be seen the next day, sometime the same day. I had to have two fillings and they got me in in less than a week. He pulled two teeth also and done a good job with those. He is the best dentist around.

I had a crown that came off and I was in pain. I called Dr. Stephens office and they said if I could be there in 10 minutes they would see me. The male receptionist was so nice and kind to squeeze me in. The woman who replaced my crown was very professional and courteous and couldn’t have been kinder to me. I am truly grateful to this dentist office for seeing me on such short notice and not allowing me to go through days and days of pain in order to replace that crown. I am happy to share my recommendations with anyone
