My Ag-Pro dealer in Austinburg, OH is beyond abysmal. They are unresponsive, incapable of technical service, no time management, and unethical. The dealership used to be owned by Cope Farm Equip.; they were bought out by Ag-Pro. 1. I bought a John Deere 4400-tractor w/ a 430 front end loader, & other implements, in 2001. (754 hrs) On 7/26/21 I called w/ an intermittent problem w/ the bucket curl. I was told it might be 1-2 weeks for parts. Since then, they changed service managers 3 times (I also talked to the general manager who also did not return calls.) At one point I gave them 10 days, then called for a status: No One Had Ordered the Required Parts. After more time, I was told the tech had torn required cylinder seals, new ones were on order ! ! ! I got the tractor back after 7-1/2 weeks. 2. I also bought a Honda self-propelled walk-behind mower (HRX217K6VKA = $682) while waiting for the Front Loader. They charged for “dealer prep”, which was not quoted in the original price. 2.1. After delivery, I checked the engine oil level; it did not even register. The delivery truck driver added oil; estimate is 10-11 oz. was added of 12 -14 oz. for full. 2.2. The wheel heights were not set equally. (Front = 3; Rear = 1) 2.3. The speed control does not operate correctly. The lowest setting is a very rapid walking speed; it starts slow & then switches to a much higher speed. etc, etc, etc. 2.4. Ag-Pro Service Manager stated that I have 3 options: 2.4.1. Ag-Pro pick-up & return to their shop. My COST $150 in spite of any warranty issues ! 2.4.2. Ag-Pro service tech come to my house. My COST $135 + hourly charge, in spite of any warranty issues ! 2.4.3. Ag-Pro suggested that, I could load the 95 lb mower into my car, and drive it 45 miles (round trip) to Ag-Pro shop. They sent me an Un-prepped, defective mower ! 210924 I sent an e-mail complaint to Ag-Pro Corporate Customer Service on 9/18/21. A week later I still haven't got a response ! Very poor ! ! !

Incorrect moto. Local stores do not care about the homeowner. Not sure why I purchased a $6,500 lawn tractor from them.

After being a long-time customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Had a terrible service experience with their store in Norton OH. Sent my mower in for service, when I got it back it kept stalling. Ag-Pro never owned up to their mistake (which was replacing a working switch with a faulty switch) and instead insisted that the problem was not their fault. Never apologized or attempted to make it right. Went all the way to their division President who would not even consider refunding a portion of service charges. Hard to believe this company has a mantra of "Ag-Pro companies are strong on service!". Would not recommend this company as their people are not customer focused.

I was approved to finance a new tractor. They said they would send me an information packet. They never did. I called back and they said they would re-send. I never received a packet. I called the land line and the corporate office and got a disconnect or turned off message and the corporate office did not pick up.

I purchased a 3025E new and paid for in full. At 8 hrs I noticed the fuel guage was not working. AG Pro in Anderson S.C. (BRANDON) informed me it would be a charge to pick up and drop off. If there were a lot more hrs on it, I might understand. But considering it was most like defective at delivery. If this is the customer concern, try a different company. And maybe consider Kubota. They seem to care more about their customers than JDeere or AG-Pro... And now through much research, they seem to be a all around better product and company to deal with. L. Gradwell Honea Path. S.C. UPDATE: Since the original post. I am very pleased to say that Brandon has now shown a strong and positive stand in resolving this matter. Possibly there was some misunder-standing from the beginning. However, the last two weeks of the attempt of resolution HAS been of me. Due to the rain and poor quality of the roads on my property. Thank you Brandon and AG Pro for standing up and showing that "good business" does matter. Looking forward to adding that 4th and 5th star ^^ there.
