Middle Georgia installed a new roof on our home a few years ago. We recently had a boot to come loose and water was seeping in through the ceiling in our bathroom. I called and Nikki had someone to come out and inspect. They replaced all three boots. The repairman was quick and polite. I could tell he enjoyed his job. About 3 weeks ago I noticed a small leak on my floor in my garage. Naturally I thought it was coming from my roof. I called 4 roofing companies that had high ratings on Google. This one was the first to arrive. The person asked to access my attic. He took several photos with his IPhone and within about one hour I got a quote to fix the “valley” on my roof between my garage and main portion of the house for $1,000. Next person from “InFront” arrived the next day and did a thorough inspection in my attic and told me he couldn’t find any leaks, but offered to return on a rainy day to reinspect in hopes to pinpoint. Kudos to InFront Roofing Services. 3rd roofing company employee from Platinum stated the leak was not coming from the roof, but my J Channel on my siding from the front porch on the opposite side of my garage wall and I just needed to apply some sealant to that area to fix. Kudos to him. 4th roofing company agreed with 2nd and 3rd roofing companies. The next day I applied some chalking material along the J Channel and 3 weeks later no leaks have reappeared despite several heavy rainfalls. Middle Georgia Roofing came out within 24 hours of my request to replace damaged shingles on my roof. They were able to repair the job before storms came through this week and at a reasonable rate.
