Stacy provided excellent guidance throughout the process of selling our property in Mineral Bluff which was reflected in its final offer. In addition to recommending qualified contractors for updates to the cabin, she went above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure final repairs and closing details were on track while we were on vacation in France. My husband and I were warned when we reached out to Stacy that this was going to be a LONG and tough fight to find a house. We knew this going in, but continued on. Over a 6+ month process we viewed numerous houses, put in multiple offers, but our offers never made try cut. We finally found the one!
