Customer service is very poor

I became a customer for a year when we bought in Bent Tree. They held the existing tank, and when calling the company to begin service, they were courteous, and delivered propane perfectly. They suggested I enroll into the system as an automated customer - meaning I wouldn't ever have to worry about running out of propane. TBH: myAmerigas.com is not a bad looking site. Too bad that it doesn't work, nor does it allow you to actually talk to a human being. In their site they have a place that you can submit actual propane gauge readings, and they show you what they estimate your tank to currently hold. As an automated customer I shouldn't have to worry about such things, but I happened to be doing yard work around my tank, and I saw the gauge pointing to 19%. I thought this was low, so I went online and checked. It was about 15% lower than what they estimated. I updated the figure. Then within 24 hours when I checked the website said a delivery was pending. A day or two later I checked my tank gauge again, and submitted that my tank was down to 9%. Still no response. Another day later I submitted 6%. Still no response - a delivery pending. This morning I submitted 2% - still no response. I tried the chat function on the myAmerigas website. It doesn't work. I tried calling the number they suggested. It is completely automated. You can't connect with a human being. So I called the emergency number they provided. It too was automated, but after waiting 30 minutes I finally got with someone, who was very nice, but said they were way behind on deliveries. We asked to speak to a supervisor. We were disconnected. We called back, but so that we wouldn't have to wait, we called the gas leak line, and found someone else that was helpful. She said, that we are on schedule for a delivery tomorrow, and according to her chart we have four gallons of propane left in the tank. This is way out of my comfort zone. I am currently looking for another gas company. A smaller company with an office staff.
