Your comment is awaiting moderation. The spa brands they carry are good. Terrible, terrible communication and service. It has been 6 months since this started. I told them I would need a different cover due to a height restriction. These are the events: 1. Did not show up on scheduled site visit. 2. Sent two different guys for site visits, explained cover issue. 3. Delivered spa without warning, when I was out of town. Rescheduled 4. Recognized the cover issue on delivery, did not install cover lifter or drain. Still not done. 5. Scheduled a day for cover and lifter install, only not to show, and admit they did not have. 6. Told by owner to have patience, believe I have gone past that limit. I have bought multiple hot tubs for houses I lived in, never had this issue, with these brand names. This tub functions well, but I have heartburn every morning when I sit in it. My guests and visitors get to hear this, when the realtor uses my home as a model. Steaming from poor service. Update: Received trifold cover, it is great. Once again, appointment made one day, spa and deck man did not show until next...at least I got the cover. Still waiting on cover lifter. Update 6/4/21: My cover lifter was installed and works fine. This completes the installation. Maybe my situation was an anomaly in there service, the spa brand is very good, and I am happy it is completed. Update: 3/21/22: My spa thermistor went bad. I called and got very good service. The guys showed up when they said, had the part, and repaired. Increased their rating, as I felt like things went how they should. Thanks

Jill and Richard were so wonderful to work with! We purchased a cabin to rent as an Air BnB and were looking for a local company to purchase a hot tub from that our guests would love. They knew exactly how to help us and our reviews of our cabin show it! Other than the views, it's the thing that everyone raves about. This is definitely the company to use for anything hot tub related!

Ashley was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! We purchased a hot tub and are looking forward to enjoying soon. Ashley helped by guiding us to make the choice for my husband and Is specific needs. There was no sales pressure to purchase only a very good presentation of services and products available.

This business has consistently poor public relations. I went in the store this time about 10:30 am. They had already been open for 1 1/2 hours. The front desk person had not even turned on the computer, so I stood waiting for quite a few minutes while she waited for it to upload, then in the middle of this she runs in the back which took another 3-4 minutes, came back out and said she had to check her breakfast so it wouldn't burn. After a few more minutes I was finally able to pay for my items. I have been in this same situation at least twice. I have also had my spa water in to be tested and the girl had no idea what she was doing. I have decided to order my items on-line from now on. So much for trying to support a local business!
