I've worked with them just over a week and over and over again I've given them the benefit of a doubt. The counter water cooler was installed Wed., a day late. Great, it worked. She came back Thursday to drill the hole to run the water line under the cabinets. No cold water ever since. I've called her multiple times on Friday, Monday and today I left a v/m that if she didn't get back to me by noon today she could cancel our contract and return our quarterly payment. She still hasn't called. Thought it would be great given the job to a 'little guy' but with customer service like that, no wonder people use larger companies.

I found roaches and nats in the water the i purchased from her. And when i told her about it she start laughing.
