K2 Dentistry At Bethlehem

Went in as a New Pt for cleaning and evaluation on repairing lower teeth. Receptionists both super nice and helpful. Hygienist was GREAT very personable and patient made me feel very comfortable. Doctor I only met for a moment which was ok I'm sure he is busy with treatment plans. I have a follow-up & an appointment for my daughter soon who will be a new pt. This appears to be our new dental home.

So impressed with all the k2 Dentistry staff in Bethlehem, Georgia from the receptionist, Dentist and especially the male Hygienist ( Dakota?) who's so friendly and a job well done! The place is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere as well! Thank you very much!

The front receptionist Hispanic looking young girl(I dont know her name) but she is the rudest and unprofessional person in that office verses everyone elseshe talks to people like they are in first grade and she left a very nasty and rude voicemail on my phone!! My daughters orthodontist is VERY sweet and understanding, he is the nicest. I actually love this place for my daughter braces, but that one receptionist at the front desk is my reason for three stars and not five. She should be trained how to talk to people or she needs to be reported.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE IF YOU ARE NEEDING HELP WITH YOUR TEETH!! ! They are the worse ! I will never return here ! I got my teeth filled in and I understand if a dentist is not the best but this place is RUDE and the lady up front didnt want to truly help me ! Maybe if I was white and didnt have medicaid she wouldve jump to my aid ! But like she rolled her eyes and made nasty looks at me ! Well I will tell you they are the worst ! Sorry lady my teeth are still bleeding and even after 4 months of seeing if I can use Orajel and other teeth meds to keep the pain away ! Im in pain ! You are nasty and rude and I will be complaining on every site and Im about to send emails to everyone in the company ! You are terrible ! But I know how these areas work . If Im not white and not on Medicaid Ill get treated like trash ! Already noted !
