        Inmark took over Duval Container in Jacksonville recently. Duval Container is a local north Florida company that served small businesses. Since the takeover, prices have increased and the delivery policy has changed. Inmark has eliminated company delivery and replaced it with contract delivery. A formerly exception delivery service run by Duval Container that was reliable with scheduled delivery has been replaced by an unreliable, service that does not communicate with customers. Duval Container delivered weekly. I've now been waiting 10 days for a large pre-paid order., without any communication from the new delivery company. Inmark has succeeded in taking a fine local company that worked with local customers and modeled into a unresponsive company that is significantly move expensive and far less reliable. 5 stars for Duval Container. NO STARS FOR ENMARK.
