💚 The worst place ever!!!!! I've been here twice on two separate occasions and the laminating machine is never hot!! I called in advance today to make sure I didn't have to wait. The employee told me to come at noon. I arrived at 12:05 and she said I would have to wait 2 hours!!!! I left!! I was there to laminate a poster of my son who I loss to suicide and they didn't even care!! I will never go to them again!!

Sherma and Mark are literally gifts from God. I had my first paid photo event the 13th plus it was my birthday and the made sure my business cards came out right and were ready to get passed out like communion cookies.

droze and hour here to pick up my order I did online just simple copies of paper just for them to tell me I have to come back in the morning its not ready yet wasn't assisted and was inconvenient

I don’t know if the drive up employee was having a bad day or what, but they did not even care to check to make sure this was the order even being picked up. He was rude and did not acknowledge anyone when being spoken to. I also think it’s a very bad look on office Max’s part to have an employee just drop my pick up order in the back of my vehicle this way. It should have been put in a bag or a box, plain and simple.

I went to fax off papers for my mom. The fax is very slow. About a min a page. I had 20 pages and $28 later. Go to the library if you aren't in a rush.
