        VA employees should learn what microaggression is. All Veterans should be treated with respect and not be discriminated against. Every time I come to this VA I always experience discrimination. The first thing an employee asked me was, Where I am from? Why does that matter and why is that the first thing you ask someone who you dont even know Colorism is a form of discrimination also why is racism allowed here? Those values on the wall, I CARE is a lie.
