She delivered my son Elijah back in 2017. I wish she was still delivering so the next time I get pregnant she would be my doctor but overalls she’s very nice the staff is great and I love them they make you feel like family there!

She was horrible. Very helpful during my pregnancy but when it came to the delivery!!! She was very unprofessional, after my C-section she FORGOT TO SIGN MY SCRIPTS!!! So while I was discharged and my daughter was still a patient I was forced to grovel in pain when she finally showed up she was in her freaking jogger's suit!!!!! I'm pregnant now and will never ever go back to her again. Oh and also she called me fat!

This office billed me TWICE in 2018 for the same exact procedure codes. One bill was submitted on the date of service with only (3) service codes costing $300+. The second bill I received was for (5) service codes costing $500+. I noticed on the second bill with (5) service codes that (3) of them were the SAME EXACT codes on the previous bill for the SAME service date. When I called the office to inquire, I was informed that the first bill had been sent to Quest Diagnostics but someone forgot to add (2) additional codes that were completed, so the following day the DOCTOR added those (2) codes to the bill and resent it to Quest labs. Once I called the office and spoke with the front desk receptionist I was told it WAS a mistake and the only bill I should have to pay is the $500 one, not the $300 one because as stated above, it was a DUPLICATE. I tried to contact Quest labs but was informed that the medical office needed to contact them. I called the office again and spoke to the manager, explained everything and was informed they would handle the situation and remove the charge for $300+, leaving ONLY the bill of $500. However, they never followed up with Quest Labs because now BOTH charges have been sent to collections and negatively effected my credit score. This office is FRAUDULENT and if I had insurance this would be considered INSURANCE FRAUD. I am appalled that the office manager lied to me and let this impact my credit negatively. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO! NOT! GO! HERE!!!!!!! I am in the middle of disputing this fraud with my credit, but felt as if this should be known to everybody, since the issue had NEVER been resolved. Thanks Dr Magalie Pierre and staff, for ruining my credit and telling me you would do something and then just NOT. I will take all the necessary legal actions I can against this, as it was *I* who was effected, NOT them!! I will do everything in my power to ensure this office gets audited and this never happens to another SELF PAYING soul!!!!!
