Anna was very helpful when I went in the store . Christopher set up our equipment and explained the use very well to my mom and was patient with her.

Too bad it is necessary to give a star at all just to rate a company that hasn't earned it. Belligerent, impolite, uninformed, messed up the order, the delivery and the documentation. Then expect the patient/customer to iron out the situation. Will not recommend ever.They can keep their medical equipment.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of service is unbelievable. There are too many other places in our area to.The employees make patients feel like an inconvenience rather someone that came to them for help. They are dealing with patients health issues. That's a very serious thing!

This companies customer service is awful. Their billing department are crooks. Very unprofessional and insensitive people at this company, especially considering their clientele. I keep very accurate records which they weren't counting on. They finally admitted they owed us money but after a year and a half of being told repeatedly that the "check is being mailed" My fiance passed. Now, a young "man" (looked more like a thug) from the company came to my door today. When I opened the door he asked for my fiance by name. He did not introduce himself or state where he was from. I told the man my fiance was deceased. This horribly insensitive man said "yeah I know. I'm here to pick up his O2 tanks. No I'm sorry for your loss or anything.
