I would like to acknowledge my experience so far with Leidos QTC Health Services. The staff was extremely helpful, and being a combat veteran, I felt uncomfortable admitting that I am not what I use to be. Because of the report from this facility, the VA took percentages away from my husband. The problem is that his conditions have gotten worse since the original assessment, but the doctor here seems to feel that he was undeserving of the rate previously stated. Not to mention, the doctor took off several conditions that he is still being treated for. His latest condition about his charcot was not even addressed.

The office is very nice. I had a great appointment with dr Ryser and believe she really listened to me and was compassionate. would recommend this facility

They were supposed to do a review of my VA medical claim. I was contacted via phone and they completed an interview without my knowledge it was the official questionnaire. I received documentation by FedEx the next day explaining who they are. In today's society with so much fraud and phone scams. I was not willing to answer the questions.  What a terrible way to treat veterans. I didn't official complaint and the manager said they were going to re-do my interview because they did not follow their policies correctly. When I did a follow up, call upper management decided to send my paperwork through anyway. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and cannot give them any rating but horrible. --five stars
