Econo Lodge Downtown

I AM HERE FOR MASTER GOLF TOURNAMENT , I REALLY ENJOY MY STAY, THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE STAFFS ARE VERY WELCOMING. ENJOY MY STAY WE WIIL COMABCK FOR SURE. !!!! Rooms: THE ROOMS ARE MODERN AND VERY CLEAN, NEVER SEEN ECONOLODGE IS SUCH GREAT SHAPE.

I'm a travel nurse from Florida, and I am pleased with this hotel. The customer service exceeds expectations. The rooms are nice, cable is provided, and the hotel is quiet overall. The price is definitely worth the stay. Also, this hotel is in downtown Augusta, close to the medical facilities, and also entertainment. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for something close to downtown, with a reasonable price.

Horrible hotel. The ceiling leaked for 2 days and the management fix was extra towels. The bathroom was dirty with mold experiments. I know it's an Econolodge. But cheap should not mean dirty. EDIT in response to owner statement: I did stay there, I have been coming in and out of Augusta for over 30 years, I know where I stayed. The reservation was made by my company, so maybe my name was not on the room. I was there for TECHNET in Aug 2023. Recommendation: Stay there if it your absolute last choice. You are better off dealing with the drive in from outside the city or sleeping on a bench.
