        Did not work at all. Was painful at times, tried every single ring, and many many times. Followed instructions to a T. I am one of those 4% this will not help, and your representative I spoke to seemed upset that I wanted a refund. And when I got a refund it was only 80% refund. Something that was never discussed when purchasing the item in the first place. I get why you do that but you should put that in writing with the product when you send it to the customer and on the site when purchased. Definitely would have been a red flag. If I could give this a zero review I would. Only good thing I can say is that it was shipped to me promptly.

      Dear sir, we are very sorry to hear that you were not able to have success with the Vacurect. In regards to the return policy, it is listed on our website, in our information packet and in the user manual. Due to the sexual nature of the product, we have to dispose of the device. Our representatives pride themselves in their ability to walk the customer through step by step to find a resolution to the issue they may be having. If you decide you would like try the product again with additional technical support, we will be more than happy to ship the product to you at no charge.
