I was referred to this office via a Employee Assistance program thru the federal government. The appointment was made 21 days after the initial contact. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I was called by this office twice to be reminded that the office was closed from 11 to 1pm, if I came early I would not be able to get in. I arrived at the office at 1:03pm, and was told I was late and needed to reschedule. Keep in mind I was a new patient, so there was paperwork that needed to be filled out. There were no patients in the waiting area and no cars in the parking lot. What doctors office considers you late after 3 minutes? The receptionist informed me I needed to reschedule. I think NOT. Based on this experience, I don't have a lot of faith in this doctors ability, as compassion is priority for this type of service. I don't even know what to think about this office or their services, but If I need help, surely this is NOT the place I feel comfortable receiving it. Georgetta
