I would really avoid this flooring company. They have a friendly staff, but integrity is not all there. The post from Google user below is pretty accurate. First off, you are not going to get quality work and in the end you will find yourself struggling to get someone to come back to fix your flooring issues. Upon moving into our new home, we noticed several issues in our wood floor over the course of a couple months. For example, we discovered numerous hollow spots around our floors and 14 months later the floor began to split in some areas. In other words, they never bothered to check the slab to see if all areas were flat or not before installing the wood floors. Over time, we also learned that our neighbors had similar problems and that Floors 360 was no longer contracted by the same home builder. Our carpets, on the other hand, had several ripples in all of the rooms with carpet to include the living room. The carpet was also installed by 360.
Lastly, they are the type of company that will schedule appointments with you and leave you hanging two or three times in a row. If you’re installing something for the first time though, they will make every effort to be there. Whatever you do make sure you do your homework/research before you waste your time or money with Floors 360. A bad flooring job can you cost you twice as much in the long run.
