We scheduled an appointment for Sept 6-7, 2021, to have our bathtub refinished. The day we were expecting them to start, they called to say they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the 11th and 12th of Sept. When the technician arrived, we explained that we have had two tubs previously done in Tennessee, and they prepped one day and returned the next to paint it. He said he understood and I told him up front we did not want the tub painted the same day as prep. When he cleaned up and left, we saw that he had already painted the tub! We immediately saw problems, and he returned to fix them. After 6 trips , to include their "top technician" the tub had more problems each time they worked on it. We could not use the tub for a total of 5 days, and since my husband has had 2 knee replacements, it meant not being able to soak his legs everyday. I contacted the owner , and expressed our disappointment with their work, and the oil stain that their vehicle left on our driveway, and we agreed that she would cut the cost by half, and she would have our driveway cleaned while we were on vacation. We returned to find the oil still there, and a spot on the tub that was purple in color, although we had not been putting items on the sides of the tub. We have protested the payment that we made, due to her failure to have our driveway cleaned and the failure of the product and work done. I let the owner know that I would not have them back in my home !

😡Thought that I would try Miracle Method after reading reviews and to save money on a bathtub refinish...BAD CHOICE!! The job was scheduled to start on 9/20/21. I was told that I would be the first house that day and work would begin that morning. Well, Justin informed me on the day of, that he was at another house and would get to me late. He arrived about 2:30pm and stayed for a little over an hour. I was initally told that the job would take about three hours the first day for cleaning and prep work and they would return the next day to spray. Well, Justin put on one coat of spray anyway the same day. On 9/21/21, Justin returned the next morning and a little later his boss, Chris, came also. They said that the paint did not "take" and would have to be removed. Chris then left. Justin did not have access to a sander and therefore sat there for hours with one small razor blade trying to scrape off of the paint. I requested that he contact Chris to come back, help and bring a sander (see pictures). Justin left a little after 5pm because I had somewhere to go.They said that they would come back tomarrow and it would not take long. I told them that I had another contractor coming the next day to do other work because Miracle Method guaranteed a two day job (turned into three days). They took down window screens to run ventilation and did not put screen back even after I reminded the service provider several times. I asked that my sink be cleaned and covered because spray residue got all on it making it feel rough. 9/22/21 Justin came back with Chris. They did a rush and horrible job for $600.00. The tub was spotted and not as glossy on some areas in the inside. There were several bad spots. The outside has areas of bubbling. The paint job was not even. I pointed the areas of concern out to Chris and he just looked at me and then said it would dry better. He later said that I didn't have to pay for the nonslip material put in the bottom of the tub...$50 (total job was $650). There is spray residue all on the walls, sink and toilet. They did not seal off or cover other "nonsprayable" areas until I told them my sink needs to be cleaned and covered. The sink is now rough from paint residue. Thank goodnss the sink and toilet were already white. However, the inside of the sink will be difficult to clean. I called Miracle Method back on yesterday and requested that owner give me a call. I have not heard from anyone yet. Save your money and go elsewhere.
