Einstein Bros. Bagels

I went for my first visit today at Einstein Bagels and was not impressed. When I walked up to the counter I was not greeted nor any eye contact till I spoke to them. I will say as I inquired about their product a sales lady did come out from behind the counter to show me the specials. I ordered a reg. bagel and my daughter had a poppy seed. My bagel was a little tough. I hated the taste of my daughters poppy seed bagel. My daughter was not impressed at all and left over half of hers. I came in contact with the manager of the store, at the register, but she did not greet me with a smile either. We will eat breakfast else where.

The food's always fresh and the service is pretty good - they bring the food out to you and it doesn't take too long.
I don't understand previous complaints about space. It's quite spacious unless you were expecting couches and a coffehouse-style place...which it isn't. It's an eatery.
I always feel like I made a good choice eating here, and definitely recommend it for a lunch stop. Or a quick snack :)
