Thorough mechanics but incredibly overpriced parts. Took our 2013 Ford Edge in for brakes that started giving out and went straight to the floor (CONDITION). Had already taken it to a different shop that replaced the master cylinder, which didn't fix the issue. Only to the vehicle to Butler because Ford suggested them based on a recall associated with the brakes on the vehicle. Shop didn't know how to process the recall through Ford, which delayed the start of repairs for a couple of days. We paid Butler to complete the repair, but they weren't able to get the brakes functional. They then suggested replacing the ABS control unit, which would cost $1,800! We called a Ford dealer and their price on that part was around $900. We also found it online for around $550. We decided to take the vehicle to a Ford dealer instead to confirm the repairs that the vehicle needed. Giving them 2 stars because they were thorough in trying to get the brakes working, bleeding them multiple times. However, when we picked up our vehicle, we found an ink pen randomly wedged into the CD player and a small dog's dirty paw prints all over the back seat. When we asked about the pen and paw prints, they acted like they weren't sure how they ended up on the back seat.
