It was almost 10 years ago when I visited. I saw the commercial with the family and animals and it seemed like the perfect place to go. The attorney (the one on the commercial) was very condescending and extremely judgmental. Not only did she Not help, she made me feel worse than I did when I arrived. Im so happy that this is in the past, but going to their office was a horrible experience.
