        I have had an ongoing issue with my built in refrigerator and have tried contacting Customer Service to no avail. I schedule repair appointments and they are cancelled the day before. The same repair has been made 5-6 times at 3-4 month intervals without any long term resolution. GE will not authorize anyone other than their business to do repairs but then they are not competent to do the repairs either. Sad to say, I will not be purchasing GE products ever again.
