Great for fast service if local,, however the price can possibly change upon pulling the lid,, don't be surprised what you & what your change$$$ is,,, No matter gotta get it done,,, still in the park with cost ,,,straw&bag won't work,, my Heroes always will call in future needs,, Thanks

These people are so easy to work with. I had to change the time for the service twice, and they were very gracious and helpful each time. I promise that's unusual for me, too! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the price, surprisingly high at $600 to clear it out. They did also tell me the pump in the septic system was about to go out. Had no idea septic systems had pumps. Said $1,700 to replace the pump. Going to have to research it first. Good chance I'll call them again depending on what I find out. Really good service!

This is my first review of any service. It took that long for me to find and service business that truly excels a customer service. I had an ongoing, particularly challenging septic system problem to diagnose. The gentlemen that came out 4 times over a 5 month period managed to fix one issues, then a new one until things all starting working properly again. Each effort was a logical next step to avoid the possible need to completely replace my system and field. In the end - success, and a ton of money saved. Thanks guys.
