Wow -- so impressed and grateful for their service! The technician who came out was so knowledgable and thorough, and had all the parts necessary to do the repair immediately. Never tried to sell us a new garage door, but rather focused on the many years of life ours probably still has in it. For less than $200 we went from a barely functioning door to one that is working perfectly once again.

Yesterday evening I called this company, they picked up immediately, which impressed me. They were out the very next day. The Technician, Chris, was very professional, informative and had my garage door fixed and working in no time. This company is outstanding and extremely reasonable in costs. I intend on calling them for all future repairs and referring them to all my friends.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so happy with these guys I felt they deserved one. I called five or six companies to get an estimate. After three tried to sell me a new door, Absolute offered to repair my existing door for a small fraction of the price, so I hired them on the spot. The tech was friendly and did an excellent job. Fun fact for those of you shopping around - some companies do free estimates and some charge a service fee just to come look, but all of them were willing to waive the fee when I told them not to bother coming by if they were going to charge for an estimate.
