Haven Yoga

Ive gone to Haven a few times now and love it! The Saturday classes are one of the best deals in town, and Kelley is an excellent teacher. I appreciate how you are in the driver seat with your own body and dont feel pressure to go super fast or do a handstand for every pose. The studio is spacious, clean, and beautiful, and I feel safe there from a COVID perspective. Looking forward to taking more classes!

I came to Haven after dealing with an injury for several months, not realizing how much I needed yoga for so many other aspects of my life. One year later, I'm still here and have no plans of stopping. Haven Yoga made me feel at ease and comfortable, even though I had never practiced any yoga before my first class. The teachers and fellow yogis were both inspirational and patient in my learning. I cannot recommend this local business enough to those who desire a haven for any reason.
