        What an awesome experience! Lane is one of the best! So professional, great skilled hands, and comfortable to relax for. He was able to fit me in on very short notice, and his massage technique was excellent, just the right amount of pressure. I can’t wait to go back to RED HOT YOGA & MASSAGE!

        Hard to find. Instructions via email unclear. Class is not for beginners. Rude instructor who spent a lot of time on her phone.

        I have been to many massage and yoga spas but I have never been more impressed than with Red Hot Yoga in Midtown. The whole experience was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend if you haven't tried them, please make it a point. You'll never look back! Great prices, wonderful atmosphere and Jamie and Lane are awesome, whether it be a massage or yoga. Super nice guys that really care about your experience with them. Give yourself a gift for Christmas and go visit them soon!
