To be honest, we interviewed 4 companies for an estimate to have our hardwood floors sanded and refinished, and we interviewed your company last. Ken Willis came and talked with us, and we were very impressed with his expertise and knowledge. When you are trusting someone to come into your home for such a service, you want to be assured they are very competent. Brandon and his lovely wife were the team that completed the work, and we were very pleased with them. The advertisement of 99% dust free was very accurate! I can’ t fail to mention Tracy the office secretary. She has been so kind and helpful, making our experience go smoothly. We decided to have our floors sanded and went with the natural grain. We also had carpet removed and hardwood floors installed in our bedroom walk in closets. They are beautiful! Thanks to the entire team for making our experience everything we wanted! I hired KTW to sand and refinish our hardwood floors before moving into our home last fall. Our floors had quite a bit of "cupping" (likely due to previous moisture issues in the home) but they were able to resolve the matter through additional cutting/sanding. After 10 months, the stain appears to be holding up well from what I can tell and the team seems to have done a fine job. While the craftsmanship was good, I think they could have been a bit more on point from a communication and cleanliness standpoint (e.g., letting me know they'd use Miniwax despite stating they would use DuraSeal, not leaving any trash around the jobsite, giving a heads up if any small items throughout the house got banged up a little). Overall, I'd still consider them again in the event I similar services in the future. Services: Oak wood, Sanding, Flooring repair
