This is my last time at this place. The wait time is over 1.5 hour and although people understand prior appointments are late and there are baby emergency, these are consistent and mega delays in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way to patients time. Can't even get through the doors due to poor receptionist/intake process. I called earlier this month to inquire about transferring my prenatal care, the first time I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I called a few days later and was shortly dismissed to go online. After filling out my information online, I received a phone call (sounded like the same person I spoke to before) and the conversation was very dry, not polite, and I felt judged when I said my reason for transfer. Keep in mind, all of this information was included when I filled out my information online. Fast forward two weeks, no follow ups, no emails, nothing. I emailed the person who I sent all my information to and have not received a response days later. What if I had an emergency? It seems like I am chasing them just to get through the doors. I'm not sure if this is the same treatment their patients get but I am already not having a good feeling just from these encounters. I wouldn't go here no matter how great these doctors were as the receptionists are the FACE of their business.

They dont respond to portal messages. If youre having an emergency, they do not follow up. Very hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment let alone to speak to a medical professional. You arrive for your appointment on time but wont be seen for an hour. Very bad experience causing me to find another OBGYN office .

This place is horrible. The receptionist hangs up on you when calling, they're completely unprofessional. Although it's said that Dr. Sun is good, she has you waiting for hours when going to your TIMED APPOINTMENT, THAT THEY WANT YOU TO BE ON FOR. Also if you decline an appointment Dr. Sun sends a refusal to give patient care no matter how far in your pregnancy you are. They've stated Susan- Holland also has a hand in the refusal to give patient care. Stay far away from this office. The office coordinator Lea is also very rude and does not know the position she holds on decision making nor does she know the law.

I gave birth and had a great experience 2 years ago. Last week I went back for a check up and the staff was not as friendly as before. They held me hostage for an error from my insurance and now that Im trying to get it fixed my insurance is even saying they were wrong for how they treated me. They were supposed to open a claim and get this resolved with the insurance.
