I have been able to find some great items here. Sometimes, they have items that they don't carry in Lenox! I also commend them on their excellent customer service. Scott is always cheerful, kind and helpful.

After I bought two dresses in another store, I was at this store to return one because I didn't like it as much as the other one. The employees' reaction was in a word: rude. They told me that they can't take my dress back because the other store made a mistake with the receipt.. What mistake, serious?! Additionally I asked where the problem is because the dress is new, their answer was that not the dress is the problem pointing out I'm the problem.. I'm not recommending this store at all!!

I visited this store with my daughter who wears a number of things from bebe. It was bad enough the music is too loud, air conditioning not working, and it took 3 separate employees and 20 minutes to figure out how to exchange an online purchase with something in the store although a call ahead to hold the item had been placed. The handicap dressing room had a rack of clothes and the curtain was pulled open. I had seen a couple of items on the rack I wanted to show to my daughter thinking she might like them. The store manager, Kimberly, disapprovingly shot a glare my way while directing an employee to help me. I was asked if they could help and I stated I was just showing some things to my daughter who was trying on clothes. Upon leaving the dressing room I asked the manager what the issue was with my looking at the items on the rack. She stated the rack was "Off Limits". I told her that the way the situation was handled was very rude and unprofessional. She then made a face at me - I pointed out that that right there is what I am talking about. She then walked away. Very unprofessional staff and not knowledgeable in the store processes. In addition - management should know how to place merchandise which is off limits in such a way that this confrontation need not take place.
