I went to big blue saw with a custom order that would have cost me $200 anywhere else. I had several requirements that needed to be met that couldnt be done online. Mandy helped me with everything I need from material, color, mounting holes, and anything else I need while answering every question. This is definitely the best place to go if you need any kind of custom cut part, sign, or anything else you can think of. Could not have been more happy. Will use big blue saw for all future projects.

The first thing that impressed me about Big Blue Saw was their amazing estimator web site. A process that takes a week of back and forth with most service bureaus is painlessly dealt with in minutes at BBS. What ultimately sold me on BBS as my main cutting vendor is that their entire process, start to finish, is as efficient and professional as their web site. If you don't want to interact with human beings, their automated process is flawless. If you do want to talk to a person their staff is friendly and efficient. Long story short I feel very fortunate to have found BBS and recommend them highly.

Awesome customer support, placing an order on their website is easy, and the parts I ordered were well-finished. Only minor inconvenience is navigating to the description of finishing options on the website when getting a quote. I feel like there should be a way to access the description of the finish options when you are selecting them to get a quote. They deserve all 5 stars.
