They do not answer the phone and lie to customers to get them to use them. They actually raise costs for customers and damaging dumpsters that is not own by them. The customer could end up paying for the dumpster. Also need to consider safety. An over loaded or over weight dumpster can be dangerous to haul and putting everyone in danger.

We started using this service the beginning of February and love it.
Our company would typically call to have our 40yd. dumpster hauled roughly about every week - we are now down to once a month.
Nicole and Robert are extremely professional and overall great people to work with. They are wonderful with communication and we have not had any issues or hiccups in our service - we have weekly service.

I have been using Smash My Trash for several months with great success. I use them to help manage the contents of our 40 yard roll-off trash container. Their cool machine breaks up and compresses what is in our container so that we have consistently reduced our number of hauls by 50%. This has dramatically reduced our monthly trash disposal costs.
Our waste stream is not normally particularly heavy but is quite varied. Each container load will capture office trash, furniture, pallets, construction waste, and miscellaneous debris. It is amazing to see a nearly full container be reduced to half.
