Having just read the prior review, it almost seems as if we are talking about two different vendors.  Our  prior  car service relocated   out of the city, I first went another program that rates customer satisfaction and saw Goodness.  After talking with the owner about pricing, normal procedures, etc.  i made an airport reservation for my husband.  Goodness was excellent-they arrived early for  pick-up at our home and and was  cordial and friendly to my husband.  Since that time , we have used Goodness two more times, Again for airp;ort travel and have been delighted. I noticed the dates of review that show are several years p;d. and the company appears to have worked on p roviding much better consumer service.

We have used Ben and Goodness for many occasions. They are ALWAYS on time and the best airport service I have used.

I used the limousine service for prom (may 3.) my friends and I got the 21 person limo bus for a much lower rate than any other company I tried. Though I was worried about the service I would get because of the other ratings, the service was great! The bus had 24 seats, was very clean, and the driver let us put in our cd during the car ride to Atlanta. The driver took us to dinner, to prom, and to the hotel afterwards, and each time he was early to pick us up. He was also very courteous. If I had to redo my whole prom experience again I would def use this company next time!

My driver got to my place on time, he stopped at the gas station when I requested. He did an excellent job. I have requested for the same driver for next trip.
