CAPITUS ONLINE PRESALES VERSION OPINION: First, I would say that overall I feel good about the course delivery and information. Hopefully, I pass! CONTENT: The content in places feels redundant which extends time where it could be condensed. I did appreciate the female-recorded portion of the course. It felt personable and offered explanations that made sense. The course information was confusing in multiple areas, particularly toward the later chapters of the course as I noticed that the online recorded modules followed the Real Estate Dynamics resource text. I had been engaging with the text and recording separately for the course's primary portion, which is counterproductive. I wish this important design was communicated from the onset. Once I realized this, the notes I was taking in a seperate notebook, I then began in the text. The good part is it may have created more confusion for me in that I began to notice a great deal of contradicting information within the recordings and the text. The end of chapter tests towards the middle of the course began to show inconsistencies and wrong answers noted as correct. This is very confusing and plants seeds of doubt as the student. I want to feel confident in what is communicated and am not sure I can be. Hoping for the best. Time: I just finished the course tonight --1 day before my course deadline! I started Sept 19th of 2022 and I am sooo glad I went with the 6-month option as opposed to the 3 month option. The holidays took up a great deal of time, but to be honest, it is extremely time-consuming. I work as an educator with 2 kids and a husband... I could go on, but I will close with--pace yourself and the 6-month program will probably work best for students with demanding jobs and families.

Amazing facility and staff. Extremely supportive in accomplishing your real estate education goals! I highly recommend. Ms. Joi has a creative and fun way of delivering the material so that we actually retain it. Thank you

I am in the last week of my pre license class, and even though I am glad to be nearing the end of instruction and closer to my dream job, I will miss class with Rusty Willis. He is the absolute BEST instructor you could ask for. He is so knowledgeable and makes class interesting and fun. I highly recommend Capitus for your real estate learning needs and Rusty to provide that education!

Great school and atmosphere. Just wish I wouldve looked at reviews for teachers because my instructor is so boring. Sitting for 8 hours is already draining but she should be able make it enjoyable

I have just recently finished my pre-license in-person course & cram course with Ms. Vickie Rogers. All I have to say are absolutely positive things about this program! To begin with, Ms. Rogers was the best instructor that I could have asked for! She gives you everything you need to set you up for success. The course material is a lot to cover and can be very overwhelming. She breaks everything down & gives you tips and tricks for not only the course material but the real world as well. She also keeps the class on track, focus on the course material and does not waste a second on anything but what you need. Her timing is perfect! You have a good amount of time to focus on the heavier and harder concepts that most people need more assistance with. As for the Cram Course, it is worth it 1000%. I was lucky to have this with Ms. Rogers as well. You get a taste of what the exam will be like as well as a review of all the neat tricks you were taught in class to help you remember course material. Putting it all together in practice before taking the actual exam helps so much! Lastly, all the staff in the admin office are all so kind and helpful! Everyone there truly cares for you and wants to see you succeed. I had a great experience with Capitus and would recommend their courses to anyone getting in the real estate world!
